The firm was started by Er. Vinod Kumar. A.P, who is a Graduate Engineer with B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering passed out from Regional Engineering College (now NIT), Calicut the year 1984, and the same year established own construction firm under the name and style "Builders' India."
